Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Monthly & Annual licence?
- The only difference is cost.
- We recognise that some products would like to test the market with NFT display capabilities before committing long-term and as such we have provided the option to sign-up with us on a monthly basis.
- The annual plan requires you to secure a 12-month licence, up-front, at a 50% discounted rate.
- All our service capabilities are accessible through either plan.
How do the charges work?
There are 3 components to Charges.
- (1) Licencing Charge: You’ll need to buy a licence (monthly or annual plan) to use our services.
- (2) Usage Charge: You’ll be charged for every authenticated API call made as per the pricing plan.
- (3) Bandwidth Charge: You’ll also be charged for egress bandwidth at a flat rate, with a minimum charge of $0.15. Remember to use optimised images to reduce your bandwidth costs by 90% on average.
How does the billing cycle work?
- Licence Charges are billed automatically either monthly or annually, at the anniversary date of the term.
- Usage and Bandwidth Charges are billed automatically at the start of each calendar month, typically in the first week.
How secure is the billing process?
- We use Stripe to manage our billing.
- Stripe will hold all your billing details and automatically debit charges against your authorised payment method.
- Please do ensure your details are kept up to date - we love customers who settle their bills on time.
Are there any costs for Support Services?
- Nope!
- When you join us on Discord, we’ll make you a private channel where you can reach out to us at any time.
- We've opted for this method of engagement and support because we value 1-to-1 interaction that is prompt and personalised.
Is there a way to monitor my Usage?
- You can monitor your usage in our discord channel using the /usage command.
- The NFTCDN Discord bot will show you your usage statistics for a given date range.
- As of writing, we are working to create a website that will provide a dashboard for, amongst other features, monitoring your usage.
